just skimmed this thread it looks sketchy as hell guessing you were doing fraud so they terminated your ass within 2-3 days of pushing leads.
never seen a network terminate u for failing to give documents. they just hold ur funds and tell you>>yeah buddy keep pushing traffic (but we cant pay until we get that legal document)

After 20 emails sent, it worked
im not getting my acc back but who cares i made another one important thing is im geting my money heheh
Guys, my all accs was deactivated because i don't sent them documents for verification
that was the problem, for all of you who's starting with digistore24 when you make a new profile the next day you should recieve email for verification documents/passport
if you don't sent them that info in next 48 hourse they are deactivating youre profile. I make a mistake there because i didn't verify my acc bcz my gmail is too old and i'm recieving a ton of emails and don't see the digistore email. Learn from my mistake
So they made their decision to not working with you and are still making money? How is this possible?
Why they ban you? You said acc not verified, is this the only issue you had?
What type of traffic do you send and is this traffic allowed? Do you mislead customers?
