Hey guys,

eCommerce guy here. I started out reading BlackHatWorld, I tried some unsuccessful businesses. Then I got into selling products using a small network of online stores using mainly social media to drive traffic.

I have a very basic set-up with a few great tools that help me optimize sales.
(Woocommerce, Excel-like Price Manager (A life saver if you put on a lot of sales))
I manage a small virtual marketing team using instagram and kik.
I do my own customer service.

I work pretty much every day, but I have made $9000 in the last month alone.
I'm pretty proud to hit this mark, but it also means that I have to look into outsourcing work so I can expand further.

I buy and sell aliexpress items with my own mark ups.

It just shows you that the real key to success is just doing the work. Of course it helps to have well defined tasks and activities to engage in, but in the end ... always the hard work is what pays off!

the social media part, were you spamming group or you had actually a big fan page to reach those people, if yes how big it is, and did you make any ads campaign ?

that means you go to aliexpress - com and buy some items and then relist them on your website for a higher price, right?b
If so, that means - u got to have a warehouse of purchased items ????
