It's rare to see video courses here on BHW as most people just sell ebook so this is a plus for this course, I like to watch and hear a real BHW member (But I needed a translator for the British accent, at least there was a subtitle to help)
You can see that the OP spent good time and research to made the course and of course years of experience
It's good for someone that want to start on Upwork and understand the platform and how to get clients, he also provide good resources that you can use.

What can be improved: It can be expanded more as some points didn't get their enough explanation

What I didn't like: When I watch or read a course I want to know what I will expect from it , so want to see everything we will do than the course start step by step, but this one started with how to optimize the profile when I don't know yet what we will do with it and what the strategy is about
2: also the fact that I have to make calls witch I hate.

This guide is solid for complete beginners aiming to land their first $1,000 on Upwork. It correctly identifies that the biggest hurdle for newcomers isn't a lack of skills but a lack of understanding of the platform's psychology and mechanics. Its greatest strength is its focus on the mindset of a successful freelancer, teaching you to emphasize perceived value, communicate clearly, and build trust from the very first interaction.

It’s perfectly suited for those with skills in writing, graphic design, or VA tasks who are tired of chasing low-quality leads. The course provides a legitimate, "white-hat" path to monetizing your skill, with good resources and templates that remove the guesswork.

However, I had a couple of small issues. The course jumps straight into how to optimize your profile before giving a full overview of the what and why of the complete strategy, which I personally find disorienting. Also, be aware that a core part of this method involves making client calls, which I (and many others) hate.

It won’t be useless, just harder to implement depending on your currency when you purchase Upwork connects to send messages and how much you earn from your services which will influence how profitable this is for you.
