Good idea. But, as a money maker, it may not work in the US, as in the US, the people are a lot DIY (do it yourself) by nature. In the US, they prefer making or repairing things themselves, especially in their homes.

This sadly is not true. USA market is probably the most valuable market out of the entire world. ESPECIALLY in this industry of Christmas Lights.

Its not about DIY, people are lazy. They have money. They want what they want and they dont have time or want to do it.

Leads were generated by Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Yard Signs.

And this not happen in most Asia country. Example in my country people just decorate public place mall etc. And that is only dozen mall in the city. As for personal house yeah almost 0 decor. Those who decor only buy furnished chrismast tree at mall.

Most Asian countries don’t celebrate Christmas. But your point is valid in general. I feel like the US is one of the few countries that actually spends money on those type of things. It’s not really common for other countries to decorate to that extent.

I think it would work best in the US. The last place for this to work is in Europe. Well maybe if you are qualified to do some work on 20 story building for some corporation building or getting contracts from government. As far as I'm concerned, people in the US are paying 500$ for some pressure washing gigs.

As stated if its common in your area for home owners to decorate, then the market is there.

Each house is different, most expensive house I have done is $9,000. People get pretty crazy here
