I love Google!

I am coming back to the world of IM after a 6 month break only to hear about the dread of the new Google Panda and how it will slap my sites off the SERP's etc.

As a test I made an MFA, EMD autoblog with no original content for a long tail keyword with low competition. Very few backlinks were built.

To my surprise Google indexed and ranked my site on the first page in under 48 hours! If the high rank is an anomaly I'm still impressed by the new indexing speed without any effort on my side (no pinging, no google webmaster + sitemap etc.).

Today is day 4 and I got my first adsense click on that particular site. 4 days from idea to profit is indeed new to me.

Has anyone else experienced these tendencies?

You're lucky. With me that didn't happen.

In my experience about 20% of EMDs I throw up like that are given that "new content bonus". Some stay for 30 days, some 60, 90, and a few even 6 months. But none longer than that. At some point google will randomly drop it like a rock.

Totally don't mean to rain on your parade, but just letting everyone know the reality of how google now treats EMDs. That doesnt mean you can't make money off of them, you just have to buy in bulk, and buy often.
