1. Identify the page/keywords that were giving you 130 visitors - Compare it with the current status and check whats changed..you can check it via Google analytics/search console
A theme change do impact because of change in internal linking but not within 24 hrs

A medium (or similar nofollow) link would not destroy your traffic like that, and imo like many other people have stated, I highly doubt a theme change would have such a drastic effect so quickly. According to SEroundtable and some 3rd party trackers, Google has been shifting SERPs recently and I can attest to some big changes in my SERPs in the last 3-4 days; your change in traffic may be a result of this instead of the theme change.
Best to do a full audit of your website and on-page anyhow just incase the new change changed anything like that.

Dont panic.
When you change a theme the stylesheet and js get changed as well.
Google have all of your sites component indexed, now which all needs update.
With your old theme maybe your site speed was 98% assume it increased to 99% or decrease to 97% that also matters a lot.
How your first screen content paint and every bit is counted.
Also, if all is ok and is in good stream.
Submit site once via Google console and allow for new cache to generate for everything. It takes a bit and then it will start regaining things.
