Hello How are you I hope you are fine
I've had drop in my rank and traffic after Google's March updates
What can I do to fix it
and What is the reason for this drop after the site was improved
I Disavow from spam backlinks and fix
seo technical but it's not fix it
Please help me what can I do

The march update was related to reviews. Read the google guidelines on how such posts should be crafted, and how detailed they need to be.

Consider making backlinks on Google News Approved websites that can provide you more authority. I used to use thewiki Network, you may consider something else also. This will help you have some authority backlinks for future ranking ...
