Title of the thread is "I looking for ads agency" and main post is "coment plz" & no further information. Why is further information needed ? I will politely explain this for the benefit of members who may post in the https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/ section anytime here onwards : OP is looking for ads agency. Nowadays there are hundreds of ad platforms and no single agency specializes in all such over a hundred platforms. Therefore, as an example in this case, OP could have mentioned a few platforms that OP is interested in, example Google Ads, Facebooks Ads or Reddit Ads or Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
On the other hand, if OP is not too aware about various ad platforms, OP could have mentioned something about the product or service that he or she intends to advertise for. Example : I have an SaaS software and I am looking for suitable ad solutions for it OR I want to run affiliate campaigns in the weight loss niche and I am looking for suitable ad solutions for it.
Atleast some basic details need to be provided in order to attract the ideal set of freelancers towards hiring and this would save an OP's time and efforts, as well.
