Hostgator has $0.01 hosting for the first month.

Im not sure if this offer is still running but its worth a search

search for globehost india.. [i am not affiliated in any way with them]
its 2 cents [$0.02] for 1 year trial hosting

i have tried them previously, fairly good service... they will even refund your 2 cents if you don't like them....lol

1 cent is almost free
you just need a verified paypal account or cc to place the order

I think you have used both the hosting, which are available for free.

So still if you want more, I think you have to pay some money as mentioned above.
