I know this is the wrong thread for this, so mods feel free to remove this AFTER you answer my question

What forum am I supposed to go to, to ask questions about business & marketing? Is there just not a section on here to ask for advice from people?

One of my recent posts was deleted because a mod must have thought that me asking for advice for my website was trying to find a loophole in buying a jr vip account to have a listing, but it was a genuine question. The 'reason' the mod gave was the link to a thread describing this all to me. The thread said in a nutshell don't post that stuff to get around buying jr vip but if you have real questions go to the 'https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/service-reviews-beta-testers-help-wanted.260/' forum , but I cant even post there so what am I supposted to do
