Hi, I am new to IM. I can easily code websites that can provide services like Facebook group auto poster & group joiner, Bult Tweet sender, Instagram post scheduler, Auto Send Direct Message and many more social media marketing tools.
But how can I make money form it?

Make a software and sell it or
make a private software that creates accounts by example and then sell the accounts.

Create membership site which provide marketing tools.
Yes it still need money to cover the upfront cost.
Should be a good money for the long term

those kinds of tools are very popular & in demand. maybe research how others use them to make money.
you can decide to sell them on bhw, but you will need to buy a paid membership to be a seller.
freelancing on odesk.com is always an option. eventually you may find a pro black hat marketer who puts you on retainer to make/update his tools.

Hey, If you really good at php you have great opportunities.
First of all, you can work as PHP code fixer on fiverr
Second, you can work as a freelancer on freelancer.com, upwork.com
Third, you can make your own scripts and sell them on codecanyon.net or phpscriptsonline.com
Fourth, You can make own product and promote it by yourself.
Five, Make JV with any marketer and start making money
