1 keyword ( 18k exact searches ) dropped 1st. to 11st.
2 keyword ( 60k exact searches ) dropped 1st. to 9st.

The things which I was doing ( try to figure out yourself how to implement it ) :
1. Avg. time on site raised 3 min. to 7 min.
2. Returning visitors raised 35% to 65%
3. Goals ( fake ) raised 6 times.
4. Google +1 extremely high on my site. Try to be very creative one here...some small hit is that if you click on it then it changes the colour ;) Those one who knows my website can check it out there ( do not PM to me )
If you think to buy fake G+1 service then that's probably the most stupid things which to do. G+1 clicks have to be real ones and much higher than your competitors have.
5. Replied to unnatural links message on Webmaster ( I just replied that I can't understand what is the problem about my links)
6. Stopped my link buildings ( I was using BHW user jstover77 links which is very good service )

Now my both keywords are 2st. ones. Today will add my site on Yahoo Directory and then pretty sure that will be 1st. one again.

Now did you say G+1 can't be faked but goals (GA, I presume) can?

Seems like nowadays, it's more about interaction, retention and conversion... besides on and off-page optimization.

You can fake G+1's but it's very stupid thing which to do. It have to be natural.

Yes, at the moment no backlinkings at all because don't know which stuff is good to use. I think that after yahoo directory I am 1st. position again and probably after 1 month or so there's some solid linking services which is good to use. I am very careful when using some backlinking services.
 
I have been thinking how to raise time on site/lower bounce rate/raise returning visitors for few months. And I don't mean any white hat methods like good content or anything like that, I mean some type of blackhat automation for example. If anyone could point me into right direction that would be great :)
 
G+1 can't be faked? But I saw some one to offer g+1 for some bucks. Though I was not sure to have it. But I would not take it now.

set up your goals in GA, hire someone to daily make some clicks on your links and that's it.

Sure it can be faked but I was meaning that it's not worth to do like this. Real G+1 gives good results.

I think it was more likely a Google Dance than a hit by "Penguin". All of the things you did are basically worthless imho. For the record losing a couple positions isn't exactly a "hit" by an algorithm update. If we were talking -50 , -100, keyword de-indexing / re-indexing than I would believe you were hit by Panda/Penguin. -10 or so is a joke.
