I keep denied from FileIce - whatever I try - any tips for me?

Well, hello BHW! I'm kinda new here, and I hope I get started with money in the future with this forum. For now it's very difficult for me to earn anything, but I decided to never give up as long as I won't earn at least 300$/month.
I need FileIce account, because my friend is there and he wanted to share me some CPA methods available in my country. I'm not from US, I'm from rather average country in Europe.

So here's what I did:
- 1 try: I've written very average application, that I earned before (it's true, but those methods got old) on $hareCash and some CPA Networks. I couldn't write anything honest, and sounding legit why I want to join them. Used my personal data - Poland as country and my true address.
- 2 try: I've made a photos with $hareCash earnings (300$ all time) and Blogspot stats (15k visitors in 6 months, I know it's below average). I've written some ideas for monetizing, I told them that I want to use social bookmarking, and YouTube. And that I was #1 in Google with my previous niche, half year old. I used US data because I've read here that it helps. I used valid SSN number, US VPN and stuff, still denied.
- 3 try: I've written really long application with the best grammar I know. It has about 500 words. And it's about my previous earnings (I told that I earned 4k monthly to get accepted), about my earning ideas and about promoting with social media. Used US Data and US VPN. Denied.
- 4 try: Everything as in 3 try but used my true data. Denied.

What can I try to get accepted there? It's really important, and I'm wondering if I'm getting denied because they noticed that I changed my personal address to US... Is that possible?

The Easy way to get accepted:
1. Create good looking website(with your niche) and enter him to the application.
2. Say you get about 20$ a day with shitcash, and you heard from your friend that you can double it with Fileice.
3. Tell them that you're a professional on seo,video creating,and other promote methods, that you went to courses about IM.
4. Enter your real information only!
5. Register via referral link - helps.

That's how i got accepted, after two times of being denied with writing good application without website, without referral link.

Screw them and join a cpa network, you will earn at last 3 times more with same traffic.

I know mate, I will! I'm already part of AdWork Media, BlamAds and CPAWay.
But their forums require FileIce account. This is a priceless base of tutorials about niches and new methods! I was using tutorials like this on $hareCa$h forums, but those are dying, forum is abandoned.
I'm reading a lot of useful guides here on BHW but on FileIce forums I can find tutorials that would never be posted here ! I REALLY need to get access on their official forum.

What i did was get a free .co.cc domain and a free hosting with wordpress installed and a landing page set up that displayed a short article with a download link to $hitcash.

I showed them this and got accepted.
