I just started out blogging and i need traffic aside SEO

Target bing and syndicate network. Much easier to rank. You will need find keywords with enough volume and those that no one's targeting.
 
You can try the SMM system for your site. Make sure your niche-related social audience platform shares your value and targets your probable audience.

If you don’t have traffic yet, a 1:1 exchange like nkomode isn’t really worth stressing over. In the early stage, it’s better to build real baseline traffic first, even small but relevant. Focus on one or two channels you can control (Bing SEO, Reddit answers, Quora, niche forums) and let that trickle grow naturally. Once you hit that, that is then a jackpot
