The best health sub niches:

nail fungus
Yeast infections

Eczema
Ovarian cysts.
Morning sickness.
Baby insomnia
Weightloss after pregnancy.
Man boobs.
Impotence.
Get taller.
Bad breathe
Body Odour
Excessive sweating
Teeth whitening
Teeth grinding
Conceiving
Stuttering
Golfers elbow
High cholesterol
Bacterial vaginosis
Bed wetting
diabetics
Female orgasms
wrinkles
high blood pressure
Moles

There are lots more...

Ranking would depend on competition and authority in competition sites

You need to focus on nailing that sub niche first.

It means that you need to optimize that sub niche.

Generate lots of quality backlinks.

Produce solid content, so you could offer a tremendous value to your target visitors.

Once you have that in the way, you can then start focusing on scaling up your operation.

Once you are ranking on your sub niche and it appears that your rankings will improve, then you need to start looking into tackling other sub niches.

Do all these with baby steps.

It's very difficult to run if you could barely crawl so focus on what is in front of you and just take it one step at a time.

Whatever you do, master each step.

Do not do anything in half.

Nail it down and think of scaling up.

That's how it works.

That's how you dominate a category.

Yeah, definitely focus on one sub niche first. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Get a method down then use it later to get into other niches.

for the single sub-niche that you're working on , select wide range of Long tail keyword and target them with quality content . Use silo structure to put put in better impact. a best interlinking of website and a best backlinking strategy will only make you win. and don't forget Content is still the king.

When possible I would focus on a single niche (which can be expanded upon) and target a group of users interested in that topic.

Start with one sub niche, but allow scope to expand when you are ready.

too many people are into the health niche, you can try that too but you have to work hard in the beginning then work your way up,
do your own research on google man

Focus on one sub-niche then move to others. Always beneficial.
