I just spent $5 on 9 clicks using Facebook - please help

So this is first time I tried this, I have no idea what I should set CPC to, I had it at automatic setting.
i am targeting 84 million people, ages 26-57 and in inter syed in business in the US, China and Uk, it was only shown 837 times, that's way too expensive and I want to give this a good chance and see how it does, what do you suggest I change too?

I have an seo company if that makes any difference. Thanks

I figured that out, but don't know what to set to, is this just something I should experiment with, what do you suggest is the cheapest I can set to knowing I'm targeting 87 million people?
