Don't do it.
You're basically just stealing.
I was scammed before and felt terrible for months.
But if everyone started scamming because they was scammed then everybody would be scammers.
You have to bring them up to your level, not go down to their level.

If you keep the money, it doesn't make you any different from that scammer. Instead donate the said amount to a charity and send the receipt to mods or maybe upload it here, so you don't get banned or get called a scammer.
I'm also not in favour of returning the money, the money that scammer lost was probably stolen by him from somebody. Maybe he'll have a change of heart, when he realises how it feels to lose money to a scam and he gives up what he's doing.

I know I fcked up guys. But I just want to make this question before I refund the guy.
What will be my punishment on trying to sell a stripe account when I was CLEARLY asked not to sell them here? I know I fcked up. Will I get infractions? Temp-banned? Perma-banned?

It’s not that hard.
Once he’d gotten the skype, it’d be as simple as googling site:blackhatworld.com "maherhackers" and then having enough time on your hands to sift through the results.

Yeah, I got the scammer's name and websites (plural) already - in fact, that's why it took me a while to finish my post - was verifying
It is just that I didn't remember that Skype id as belonging to a scammer. That was the missing link.
