I just saw INTERSTELLAR

I just finished this movie because of this thread.
This movie is really good, any other recommended movie like this?

About the 1 year to 7 year ratio is Intersteller, in ancient Indian scriptures called Vedas there is this concept of Brahmaloka where one moment is equal to thousands of years in Earth! And those scriptures are thousands of years old!

So you want to tell me that if you are so much into black hole gravitational well that there is what was that again - 1 day = 17 years = 6205 times difference in how time flies, you`ll be ok?
Nothing irregular about the physics. Go argue with Einstein if you don't like his theory of relativity...

You did not answer the question. What the gravity have to be in order to get that much time difference?

The number is irrelevant. The gravity of a black hole is so large even light can't escape it. FYI: Relativity occurs even when gravity differences aren't so great. For example, one second on the ISS is not the same as one second on planet Earth.

The ending was confusing, I had to google to explained what is happening. It’s a good movie of course.

Well, then you have to refresh your physics. Indeed one second in ISS is different than on the Earth, but the difference is minuscule. In order to have differences (1 day = 6205 days) as those in the movie, you have to be experiencing THOUSANDS of Gs if not millions. No celestial body can survive that intact, let alone fragile human flesh.

Incorrect!!!

Yes. the time difference between the earth and ISS is minuscule. They are right next to each other lol. Now multiply that by a trillion light years and a giant black hole distorting space time. You would get huge time differences dude. 1 second on earth is not 1 second everywhere else in this infinite universe. In some places, it could be years. Your entire life might have taken place in a second somewhere else. Physics... It's trippy stuff but all proven by Einstein's theory and verifiable observations.

I never watch fully in depth but i got post a quick summary video of it ,

I feel is ALIEN behind doing all this.

You really, really should refresh your physics knowledge. The distance itself doesn't cause time dilation.. What cause time dilation is either traveling really, really fast or being near massive objects. However if you are CLOSE enough in order to have 1 to 6205 time dilation you WILL be under the millions of Gs of the black hole and such planer will be ripped apart let alone humans. Black holes are not some magical objects - if you replace our Sun with black hole with the same mass, NOTHING will change for Earth orbit, how time flies, or anything - the only difference will be the lack of light.
