It's actually 62/1 because I got 62 impressions, 21 CT's and then 1 conversion. Gonna ramp up the traffic too though :)

Well, the conversion rate is calculated from unique clicks and leads ratio, that's 4%, it's almost 5% though :).
Impressions is another measurement. If you meant that you want to work on that, that you won't more people to click, that can be done more than likely, maybe not. 21:1 conversion rate is pretty good and general, i don't think that you can do better than that or at least significantly better. Not because you're not capable, it's just because it's an industry standard and some shaving will always happen with these type of offers, so the advertisers won't end up losing money.
Maybe try different offers too from different advertisers within the same network or different networks to see which offers performs the best with your traffic.

Nonetheless, ramp that traffic up. ;)
