i just hate xrumer support...

you always don't know what should you do, if they got the payment or not...
upgraded my xr to new ver' and now already 4 days (after payment the new 10$ fee) without it's working. no change on my account, not answer on icq, no answer on the mail.. nothing....

I know it's how it is and on the end they will answer but... well... it's just annoying.... :-/

It's just because the owners don't want to invest in customer support and only think about the money. But, in the end the company with the best customer support wins.
