its still working bro, if you want to know if its working, very simple, get a site tracker, especially a tracker that could track users who are referred by the link you posted, best would be histats.com , put this website tracker code in your website, you can track it, also you can use this website as a reference to get even more traffic, right under the Demo link on the main website, some websites shows the status of where their traffic is coming from. And from there, get their link and follow their method, this way you get some trafifc as well. i learned alot of how to get traffic from by researching on their traffic status on alexa and links referral. It's a massive knowledge for you if you are hardworking, willing to see how other sites works
***If you're not running porn site, you can use other tracker such as link shorterner to track also for your link. If your comment stays few days, it means the moderators there are sleeping, you can comment more even.

As I said before in my original comment, I made 13 sales with 1 post in around 13 hours before the post got taken down, which was around $230 in sales with aroud $160 being profit. So yes, there is profit here to be made. However, you have to choose your subreddits wisely and practice is required, but once you find the good one, you can find ways to manipulate your post to keep on posting and squeezing sales.
