I just dont get bookmarking demon.

A few weeks ago I decided to cough up for Bookmarking Demon. After a couple of hours or so I found that it was pretty easy to use and setup.

My setup:

x50 private proxies
2,000+ social bookmarking sites (found on BHW, thanks)
50 gmail, hotmail and aol email accounts imap enabled, verified and being used.
About 3,000 created social accounts (creation ratio is about 300 from 2,000 and getting less by the day)

The issue is that I've tried multiple variations for bookmarking and I get 1, maybe 2 bookmarks completed with each run. My username and pass is not getting recognised or accepted even when I've used the clever little tool in BMD to verify any accounts through email.

So what am I doing wrong? Seems liks a good setup right? But I'm not getting any bookmarks from it. TBH there's other tools, which are far more automated but charge a monthly fee for a better service.

I've forked out the cash so I'd love to figure this out. Any thoughts?

Why don't you ask this to Bookmarking demon support,they can give you much better answer then people that just uses it..

I've heard a lot of complaint regarding BMD. From lack of support to the developer being greedy and charing $2 extra per 10000 captchas...

I'm not a stupid guy, I'm a manager in London, but I just can't make this software work! I have all the best proxies and so on, but not a single bookmark gained.

I think a refund is in order, such a shame though.

I have also used it about half a year ago, but as you I never got any positive results. I just gave up on it. Any other software that can do this kind of job?

I just ran it yesterday and it was working fine. Follow the guides given to you and contact support if you need to.

Yeah..I'm still trying to figure out how some providers here on BHW are able to offer 2,000+ social bookmarking services, when software like this is just way too slow and inefficient..would love to get my hands on whatever they're using.

I use my own emails from self hosted domains, scraped bookmarking sites, deathbycaptcha, private proxies and the tips from users like Scritty and Cash202 and it works fine for me. It's relatively slow, but I run it on my VPS.

me too. bump for a good question. i have been researching for a good bookmarking tool. i ektp on running into autopligg vs bmd threads... then i find out pligg is dead... now i cant find updated info on bmd.

use yahoo id use proxies that i mite solve the problem yeah since 6 months this software suffering like hell i dont understand at all

I've actually not been able to create a single bookmark with this tool and have asked for a refund. I paid a third of the price for scrape box and have had great success with it. If you're going to put your money into anything, make sure it's not BMD..

I just get 700+ successful submissions using BMD. The issue is it just gives you the profile/history url (where you can see all your bookmarks under a particular registration).

I then manually open them to get the actual story url.

Is there any simple way to get the exact story url using scrapebox?

I will share my list if any one can assist me with the above question.

When i got my BMD i had some similar problems like other guys here.

I installed and did the configuration by their recommendations from videos and pdf. For 3 days it was a fight with the software i had 2000+ working pligg sites with 4 accounts each. Everything worked perfect with registration and stuff but when i started to submit bookmarks i had a big fail, only 200+ bookmarks successes.

I asked for a support and they was really fast answering to my tickets, they tried to register and submit with some of the websites that on my machine BMD failed and they success with registration+submission.

After 3 days i decided to re-install my windows and after that everything is working PERFECT. I have like 75% success rate.

Like many guys said:
1) Use proxies
2) register at least 10 accounts (don`t use yahoo emails special yahoo.co.uk. use gmail or pop accounts)
3) try to make usernames to look real like "jhondoe80" and not "jhnjksll"
4) don`t process the emails with BMD function, do it manually (they still need to work that part)
5) use camouflage ( i am not using it at the moment, still need to learn some things about this feature)
6) use decaptcher (you will spend some money here but only when registering the accounts because on submit bookmark part just few of them use captcha)
7) use a good antivirus
8) USE PROXIES!

OVERALL IS A GREAT TOOL. ONCE YOU LEARN EVERY TRICK THIS BIG SOFTWARE WILL BE A FORTUNE. (true that they need to improve some things there, i am trying to create an email for them with modifications/changes recommandations. If someone have something in mind just pm me and i will put that in my email)

SIck submitter is a real junk

I mean if you use only social bookmarking feature is better to have BMD

You made a mistake. BMD is just awesome. It gives me 1200+ successful bookmark submissions. [But I just get the story url. You need to manually open each links to get the story URL].

I nearly spent 2-3 months collecting the best working sites with BMD.

Like with most of these softwares, they're not always right out of the box as you have to work them a little plus getting tips on BHW is a huge help!

I got it in 2010 and thought it was a waste of money, but after hearing so many people keep mentioning it, I just came back to it this week, and they've definitely done some amazing updates in the past year! Definitely much more user friendly and now that captcher sniper will be able to be used on it, a nice money savings!

It's easy to get frustrated with new softwares, especially for new people at this, but many times, a little bit of research on it will wind up saving you a lot of time down the road.
