Test, test, and test. Pick 10 products and test them one by one see which ones gives the best conversions.

The are many ways to monetize on clickbank products. You can use Email marketing, Review websites, Article marketing etc.
You can set up a landing page and collect emails. Build a big enough email list and send them your recommended products. There's a lot of material available here on BHW on all those topics.
