I just bought my first domain !

I bough an adult related, two words with hyphen between them, COM domain:

With renewal it cost me about 20$. Its stats are:
3 years age, no PR, and few backlinks
Google monthly search for the term = 135k

What is the best thing to do? How much money can I earn if I sell only the domain?

First, remove the live link from your post. Second, if you want an appraisal on the domain you should get in touch with the member "MeatHead1234" as domain/website appraisals is his specialty. It's actually not that bad of a domain though because of its niche, you're going to need to find the right buyer in wich case I'd suggest listing it for sale on Flippa if you don't have any intentions of developing it.

I got lucky, because after my first purchased domain, I snabbed a second very simmilar domain. Probably expired at the same owner:
hot-moms[dot]com
75K/month EMD google search (correction), 400 backlinks, no PR, 3 years age

sexy-moms[dot]com
25K/month EMD google search, no PR, 2 years age

I will probably try to sell them together because they are related. I don't think I am enough experienced to properly monetize them and if they can go for a few thousands it would be great. Any domain appraisal tips are welcomed

Here's a suggestion prior to selling them. Keep them for two or three months by adding a niche specific theme, add content (or pay someone if you're not into it), do some back-linking and then figure out/test what is the best monetization method (with monthly estimates based on your tests).

I think that by doing this, any buyers will be more interested in what you're selling.

It is really hard to follow or not to follow Estibot, my domain name Dere dot co dot uk is valued $43000 by Estibot, but I'm not sure I will be able to sell in even few hundreds...
