I joined affiliate program now what should be my next step?

HI,

I am new to affiliate marketing & i joined some of good affiliate networks like linkshare, shareasale etc. I have identified the merchants & got approval from them. What should be my next step?

Do i need to add banners to my website only?
Is there any affiliate who can help me here?

I have seen people generaly don't click on affiliate banner link, what should be my strategy here?

Can i create a html page & add all my four merchants banner there & start promoting that page? because all my advertisers are from same niche.

Please help me out if possible

hi , maybe not the reply u were looking for , but im new to this also , and was wondering how you are getting on.
i was looking to use a blog, to review my chosen niche , and do 4-6 affiliate links on it then go from there , ranging from $4 -$8 per sign up.
