I inherited a site, need advice what to do with it?

Hi, I have sort of inherited a site, which was online for 10 years now. An official site of a school.

It has quite a few backlinks, even from wikipedia. The domain is plungessaulesgim [dot] eu

I wonder what would be the best course of action here. I have no interest of keeping the site alive because the school is making another website it another domain. However. Should I simply put backlinks at the website to my sites (though they are not in the same education category but rather web design, gaming etc.). OR should I simply redirect 301 the whole domain to a single website I'd like to promote and absorb all the juice from it?

Any advice would be great.

You should have checked the statistics of the site, and only then you can understand whether this site is worth your effort, or easier to create a new product, your own. In any case, the authority of the domain is something. And you can use this domain as PNB, if the pages of this site are indexed.

Thing is that I've added the domain name, would you mind looking at some rank checker to see if its any good? I'm not good with reading those results..

I got the learn the hard way never to dispose domains easily. If it's an authority domain (with some expensive backlinks), I'd definitely keep it.

Here you go, this is what your domain statistics look like. I would develop a site like this as a pbn grid.

You would keep the domain name and change the site's content to something that's relevant for creating a backlink. Basically, make it a part of a pbn grid.

The first thing you've got to do is to check out the statistics of the website. It may turn out that it will be easier to make a new website rather than recovering this one.
