I guess one day we see News that someone paid him "$600." This scam could actually work if they use the name of a recently deceased celebrity as many mourning fans pay money. There are a lot of white hat scams which ask for donations to construct a memorial in his name or something. Some people recently collected around 6 Millions from USA claiming that they donate it to India to fight COVID-19. They are caught but there might be a lot of such scams which go under the radar.
