I have trouble logging into Facebook.

Check your email's spam/junk folder.

i had that issue when trying on the app. i was able to log in via my browser. i'll try again and see what happens.
 
Do you still use that email? And the mail is the tail?
 
Check Spam. If not in that. Check the promotions or others tabs sometime they're in there.

Hi, are you using the right email? If you're not sure, go to fb and click "Forgot account?" to search with that email. If it finds your account, that's the correct email. If not, manually select your account and check the recovery options. Check all your email inboxes (just in case). Facebook usually shows the first few letters of the associated email. Or maybe is your inbox full? If it is, delete old emails, clear out spam, and unsubscribe from stuff you don't need.

If everything looks right but you're still not getting the code, wait 30 minutes-1 hour, use a different browser + a VPN (from another country). Try logging in with any password (yes, even a wrong one) and let the magic happen :D fb will notice the login attempt from a new location via email and give you recovery options right away.
 
Please double check your email information is correct, and check your email spam box.
 
Check your spam folder, ensure email access, then try Facebook’s code request form Facebook.

Same problem happened to me before. Make sure to check:
Spam/Junk folder in your email
That you're using the correct email (check for typos)
Try logging in from a different device or browser
If still not working, go to Facebook’s Help Center and click “Didn’t get the code?”
If possible, add another recovery method (like phone number)

It’s frustrating, but sometimes the email gets delayed too—wait 10–15 mins and check again.

You can try to check your email again, maybe you have entered extra space or wrong character
or you can log in to email on another tab and do it again
