Use EliteLinkIndexer and ExpressIndexer
These 2 perform the best among all indexers.

I used : ExpressIndexer I have links submitted more than 50 days ago and non of them indexed

Use a combination of both. I use combination of both and it easily gets me 30-40% indexing for links like profiles, bookmarks and web2.0s

If you want close to 100% indexing- do social votes for your links.
