I have to manually re-submit to index

Hello people,

I have implemented a Wordpress website recently (4 months) which is intended to serve as my local search website.

I have created only a few backlinks (paid) and the website's SEO is done using Yoast (except sitemap).

Website is ranking from 6 to 9 in local search.

I have to manually re-submit every 3-4 days with fetch tool otherwise it vanishes to 300+ position.

I really have no idea what's going on, most local searches get accomplished (and stay that way) within a few weeks, without rank drops.

Please advise.

I don't understand this, can you clarify a bit? Never heard of this.

if i understand you correctly, you can use google webmaster tools to submit your site/page to google index.
