I have this site...

Good Evening!

A few months back, a friend and I built a site where people can go to talk shit about their coworkers. I started building it one day, and about 3 days later our site was listed on gorillamask. We got over 20000 visitors in the next few days. After that, traffic slowly dwindled. Right now we are getting 20-100 visitors per day.

I have two questions.

1. How would you go about building traffic for a site like this?

2. How would you monetize a site like this (or would you just get traffic up and then sell it)?

This idea is a good one I will talk to you about how to increase traffic.Its easy.

It seems to me that making searches on facebook and twitter using various companies as criteria might work pretty well. Poke them on fb, send a private msg describing what your hate-site is abt and/or send private direct messages with socialoomph and public ones @username (using popular hashtags) to gain visibility on twitter. Also posting on classifieds that maybe list companies might work... Maybe even YP? ;-)
