I have this message on my wordpress dashboard at the top - what does it mean?

THIS IS THE MESSAGE BELOW THAT SHOWS UP AT THE TOP OF MY WORDPRESS DASHBOARD

I cant seem to post the exact msg as it seems to be an issue with some of the settings here at BHW....but it says something about zlib output compression enabled.....i have no idea what this means

What does this mean? Do I need to fix it somehow?

I am experiencing problems with embedding youtube vids in Gutenberg.....i get a large space above each video i embed.....is this related somehow?
