1- where do I buy cheap proxies

2- what is the difference between private and rotating proxies

3- is there a program that changes proxies automatically and do some online activites like liking videos on youtube, commenting and this stuff?

@buythenreview1089 you can buy cheap proxies from individual providers and I personally recommend 4g mobile proxies even though they the most pricey but offer the highest quality for what you get. Otherwise I recommend getting rotating HTTP private proxies and rotating means the ip address is altered every couple minutes or time interval you want the IP address to be changed.

2. Private proxies - (as the term is used in most of the industry) proxies with dedicated IPs - each proxy you buy has a fixed, dedicated IP address used by only you.
Rotating proxies - a network of IPs (usually shared private proxies) that rotate on every request. When you access websites, they won't see a single IP address, but several (thus the rotate name).

3. That sounds like an youtube bot. you need to check online or post a thread in the wtb section.

You can get programs like Ubotstudio,Zennoposter DIY OR you can hire company to custom code a tool for you to do it.

Or take multiple paid programs for each sites you want this for.
 
1. There are so many proxy providers. I know Luminati, storm proxies, awm proxies, cyber-gateway.
2.
Private proxies - each proxy you buy has a fixed, dedicated IP address
Rotating proxies - each proxy you buy doesn't have a fixed, dedicated IP address, and it will rotate from time to time
3. I know a bot named tubeassistpro. It may help you. You can google for it.

What happens with a "dirty" ip? what kind of negatives go with it.

Does it mean people are using it to hack you or more along the lines of they just wont work?
 
There are plenty of proxy providers out there, some of them target different specific niches and needs, so you'll have to find the right provider to accomplish what you are looking to do. The good news is that you've come to the right place and there are plenty of proxy providers offering services on this very forum.
