I have so many questions, I don't know where to begin

Hello fellow Blackhatters.
I've been browsing this forum for 2 years now and only now I've decided to register. There is no doubt in my mind that blackhatworld has more information about Internet Marketing than any other website I have encountered. Downside is that, with so many information available here, it is hard to pick which field will be most suitable for me. I'm not trying to make money at this point, I just want to learn the process and fastest way to do that is to take actual steps. I want my first steps to be as simple as possible. I don't wanna create website right now, because I don't have content and I don't know how to draw traffic there. ( Yes I've been reading a lot about this here, but I still can't come up with good niche etc etc)
Most importantly, I don't feel like I'm ready for that just yet. So I was thinking maybe I should become affiliate on different sites (for ex. Dating Sites) write ebooks, upload it on the torrent sites and see what happens. I'm thinking its easiest way to start. do you guys have any better ideas? or maybe there is better way of selling other peoples stuff/services via ebooks?

Two ways to look at this -

Read again and see what perks your interest then act on it.

Second - write down on small post its all the different methods you want to try, put them on a dart board, close your eyes and throw a dart.

If you're into astrology, write about that, do an ebook and promote that.
If you like making films, do a you tube channel.

Read some of the IM Journeys on here, see if you can relate to anything there.

I have always had the best luck with picking a niche that I'm interested in and something I'm passionate about. If you jump right in doing something you know nothing about and have no real interest in, you may have a much harder time being successful than with doing something you like.

I've been reading journey section, but ideas don't click yet. I want to get into affiliate marking. become amazon affiliate perhaps, but I can't find a product I'm passionate about. Maybe I don't know how to look?

Try to ask the most basic question: What do you meant by making money on internet? Slowly spread to specialized questions, anything just pm me or any other members. Please don't ask question(s) like, "What is your trade secret?", "Can you send me your website that makes the most money?" etc. though

Maybe lose the "I have to find something I'm passionate about" mentality, pick something you want to do (SEO, PPC, Videos, CPA, etc...) and choose a niche/product where there is money to make.

People who enjoy doing/are good at SEO don't care if they rank for a site related to dogs or beauty products as long as their is money to make, go for it.

When you'll have more experience you'll start to see how to apply everything you know to stuff you actually like.

I do have specific question - If you are affiliate marketer do you think it is better to focus on 1 product (like video games only) or is it better to have broader niche (like electronics only)?

I like your suggestion. Problem I'm having is the fear of actually doing it. So If I become amazon affiliate and sell products through my website, even if I write good reviews, I'm afraid I won't be able to rank, because I don't know much about backlinks and other ways of drawing traffic.

Well if you don't start taking action and try stuff how are you going to learn?
There's only so much you can learn from reading, at some point you have to try and experiment on your own.

If you focus on something you are interested in then you'll find it easier to be more passionat / productive, you'll not have to spean as much time researching topics.
If you do decide to pick some random niche, ideas might not cme quite as easily, and will you be as focused in 3 months writing articles on model building from matchsticks ?

Search on here For Hekkes guide to niche slection, that's a decent start point, Splishsplash might have a similar guide too.

Pick 5 to10 different methods you want to try. Analyse them, see which will offer you the best ROI on your time, and money (if you invest any). Pick 1 of them you think might be best, try that. If that one fails go to the next. Once you have something good going for you automate it, scale it up, move on to the next.

Also try to pick things that will keep your interest.
