I know how to do basic HTML and CSS using Coda.

Is there any way that I can set up a website that is has a blog style?

I want it to be as easy as just uploading a picture and adding a title.

I would like to be able to do this just from my phone, but if not thats okay too.

I don't want have to do any html or any coding at all, I just want to be able to upload a pic or video, and it will automatically be the top post on my site, and my old submissions will move down. For example, say I have 10 posts per page, I want to be able to post a picture, then the site automatically paginate and the bottom post will get moved to the next page.

Is something like this possible?

I tried wordpress before and I had no idea how to use it, could someone show me how? I'll PayPal you. Can I include adsense?
 
Its pretty simple. You can install Wordpress from cpanel. Have you installed it already?

Wow, wordpress is the easiest CMS by faaaar man.. what you want to do.. its so easy with wordpress, and its really intuitive. Just spend 10 minutes watching tutorials on Youtube or on wordpress's site.
 
Okay I will give it another try, Idk I just got so used to HTML and CSS and coding that wordpress just seems so foreign to me. So worpress is all gui? I even saw they had a phone app so that solves that problem too.

yes Worpdress is GUI.. its very simple to install and it takes few minutes. After that, you can post your content, share videos, and above all - plugins, lots of lots of plugins that can do an amazing job.
 
You can also do something similar with a Facebook page, and just use the pin option to make a post stay at the top for a week

U can even add posts over mobile using WordPress... atleast on Android. Look up the app.
