Hello, I have some questions on my Wordpress site project and I need your help. I would like to hear your ideas and suggestions as well as my questions.

1) What kind of way should be followed to increase the opening speed, loading speed and pagespeed values on the Wordpress site in general? What plugins, codes or settings should be done.

2) How should the hosting selection be in order for the Wordpress site to work fast? Should I buy "Wordpress Hosting" or buy "VDS"? What should be the system specifications of the hosting?

3) As the Control Panel, should Cpanel be preferred or Plesk Panel so that the site can work quickly?

4) Which cache/acceleration plugin should I use in Wordpress?

5) Are Cpanel-side acceleration processes inconvenient? There are people who do Cpanel-sided site acceleration. Will accelerating operations from Cpanel cause a problem in the future (when there is a wordpress update, new content sharing or a large visitor entry)?

6) How many pixels should the pixel dimensions of the "featured image" in the articles be?

7) How should I optimize the featured image photo and the photos within the subject that I will add to the articles?

8) What tools or methods should I use to quickly index the content on my site?

10) Which plugin should I use as an SEO plugin?

11) What security measures should I take on my site?

12) Which social media platforms should I use in order for the content on my site to receive interaction?

1) a combination of these...

- fast loading theme
- no site builders like Elementor, Divi, etc
- as few plugins as possible
- hosting on fast server
- litespeed cache plugin installed
- mimified (and optimized, in general) code (I think I've seen plugins like Perfmatters being referenced a lot with regards to this, but I've not used that plugin so don't ask for details on how to use it cause I don't know)
- optimized images (less .PNG, more .JPG or webp)
- follow the recommendations of sites like gtmetrix

3) no idea what Plesk is, but as someone who just used Direct Admin (for the 1st time in my life) on one of my websites, yesterday, I can tell you that DA is faster than cpanel.

I know that this doesn't answer your question, exactly, but it's as close to a relevant answer that I could give with the little knowledge I have on cpanels

4) litespeed cache is a good option, as I mentioned above. I have it installed on all of my websites and it makes a difference

8) for new sites, submitting their sitemap to your GSC and allowing google to index the content automatically is what I usually do

If the content (or parts of it) has not been indexed within 2 weeks, you can use the "request indexing" tool to ask for indexing manually, but this should not be abused. Only use it for a few stubborn URLs.

If the GSC indexing tool still doesn't index the stubborn URLs within a few days (they should index in hours, though) it's time to use indexing services like OmegaIndexer, Speed-Links, etc (whichever tool works for you, it's fine as long as you get those links indexed).

Alternatively, you could use any of the numerous other indexing methods that have been shared on the forum if using indexing services is not safe for the money site (which I can see this being a possibility). Just look these methods up by using the search button, I'm sure you'll find them

10) The SEO Framework if your site is new and basic, RankMath if your site has many 100s of 1000s of pages. At least that (TSF) is what I use for my sites and I'm happy with it

12) it depends on which social media platform you have the biggest followership on. It also depends on the type of your site. For example, for sites that are highly visual in nature (travel images, cats images, etc) Pinterest will probably work wonders, but not without you doing anything. You still have to stay glued to Pinterest 24/7 to create and promote your pins, join related boards and contribute to them... or pay for Pinterest ads if you wish to go the paid route, which will save you time spend on the site.

And for a business / lead generation type of website LinkedIn could work really well if you know how to market on LinkedIn. And then there are the always popular platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, which could also pull huge amounts of traffic if you know how to use them.

To your other questions I can't answer because I don't know the answers. But hopefully someone else will know them, and can help you out :)
