I have problem with my HostHator please help.Our internet site is blocked duo CPU usage

I GET THIS ERROR :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at www.SITENAME.com Port 80

You should probably remove most/all of that info fyi. I would also call HostGator if you're not sure whats going on.
 
go on odesk and ask a coder to make your code less cpu intensive - or just stop using certain scripts or module on your site - or get a vps / dedi so the host wont complain if you use all
 
God damn that's a complete site intrusion just waiting to happen.

Anyway, let us know if you need a new host.

What to remove here is some stats:

I had a similar problem with hostgator using their shared hosting with the script I had running on my site.
They blocked my script, so my site was broken. I closed my account and found another host.
 
try disabling k2 or update to the latest release and contact Hostgator to see if that did the trick ... most likely a bot is trying to post comments or something. I had the same problem but mine was on jomsocial.
 
I would delete the info on this thread and get onto Livechat with Hostgator.

I cant imagine what sort of package you have with them or how much stuff your site is running to take up this much space.

I will delete info later. I really need to see if someone has solution for my problem I'am right now waiting chat response on HostGator

.... im gonna say, maybe you should look into file permissions instead of thinking they are refusing you access on purpose, maybe its just a server safegaurd...

Optimize your CMS. Hostgator is one if not the best shared hosting company. I used to host websites with 10-20 000 visitors/day without any problems .
