You need to visit the forum more frequently and learn by reading anything that catches your attention. Also use the search function or google if you need to understand the meaning of a word that is foreign to you.

Honestly what I did way back when I very first started was go on Amazon and buy a book on SEO. It was too basic to be useful by itself, but it teaches the terms and basic ideas of SEO. Just start looking at books mate, its far better than depending upon strangers to spoon feed you, not even kidding.
