Youtube pays through adsense to people who are "youtube partners". The partners get paid money for every click on an ad ran next to one of their videos. If you're not a partner, you can fairly easily monetize a youtube video by promoting CPA offers on it. Make sure that the offer is related to the video so you have better conversions.

thats a good amount of views. yeah i suggest become a youtube partner if you can. I don't think very many people do become partners though. Just try and see.

If its adult related, sometimes you get banned before you get get partnered, I learned that the hard way (even with no nudity).
Other than that, id say sign up with an easy affiliate program, like paydotcom, or clickbank and add related product links in the description.
