I have opened a new website.

I wrote my first article using a long tail keyword related to the keyword I want to expose page 1.

My domain is a target keyword EDM domain that has never had a history of usage.

We plan to add and strengthen content to some extent and then connect backlink.
I have no knowledge regarding the backlink, so I'm going to get help from an expert.

I checked several guides of BHW and checked the writing, and understood that 1 high quality backlink is more powerful than 200 low quality backlinks.

Here's the question,
1. When should I start buying backlinks?
2. The website is built with WordPress, and the PageSpeed measurements show 77 performance on mobile. Is that a good number?
3. Can you tell me about the precautions when connecting to the backlink?

I looked at the marketplace, and all the sellers say that their backlinks are high quality.

Based on what can I see if it is a high-quality backlink?
I don't want to experience waste of money.

Write write 10 to 20 article on those keywords that have good volume like (500-2500) and low competition then buy backlinks to increase DA and DR.

Whenever you want to,
Just stay away from low-quality and spam links and you're good to go,
Avoid dealing with anyone selling web 2.0s, profile, bookmarking, etc... type of links,
The same for cheap PBN & guest post links

That's good enough, not optimal tho,
If you have room for improvement, investigate what causing the slower loading speed and fix it,

You have to make sure that #1 you get a good score in page speed insights (90+ preferably),
And the pages load rapidly for the target users, getting a server/hosting with the right specs to handle the traffic, and selecting the right location

Avoid getting spam links, also do it slowly by dividing it up over months, if you get links all at once Google may get suspicious and not rank them.

Start buying backlinks after establishing solid content, aim for a mobile PageSpeed over 90 for better performance, and verify backlink quality by checking the relevance, domain authority, and content context of the linking sites.

You’re on the right track. only a few things:

1. When to start backlinks? Let the site age a bit, add solid content, and get indexed first, maybe 4-6 weeks in;
2. 77 mobile speed? Not terrible, but aim for 90+ Optimize images, caching, and reduce scripts;
3. Backlink precautions? Avoid spammy links, check for niche relevance, and diversify anchor texts.

To spot high quality backlinks, look for real traffic, strong DR (Domain Rating) and niche relevance. Ignore sellers hyping “high DA” links with no real value.
