Hey guys , Does buisness online needs a team to work with or alone
Coz Im working alone and Im afraid to fall in some great mistakes
Need help as a newbie

It is perfectly doable on your own but as with any business, once it starts to grow you may want to start hiring people who can do the mundane tasks that you have perfected but no longer want to do on your own or hire those who have skills that you do not in order to expand it even further.
 
You can decide to create a team after you reach success so you can have employees free up your time.
It's not at all a prerequisite for success. Most people here are working solo.
 
No. You can do work alone. If you are thinking about something really big in that case you need a team.
 
I don't think anyone who started IM started in a team.
Just do what you love and outsource everything you hate doing.
In the end you'll be rolling in dough while doing what you enjoy doing

Most people are also failing at IM. Teamwork is one of the best ways to be successful. Find a business partner who has strengths that match up against your weaknesses.
