I have my real account based here in the UK, i bought one yesterday which is a USA account, would something flag if i logged into the US account with my british iP? also if i used a vpn such as hot spot shield to access the US account would it matter that the ips differ everytime i connect. Ie one time it may be chicago and one time new york. As with vpns as far as i know you cant select specific ip locations.

It's better to use your own ip after clearing all cookies and history.

i will use my own ip then for both accounts i assume

there are very bright chances that your account will be limited unless you're lucky enough to not get detected.

clear cookies, but why wouldn't it possible? example I have paypal, my dad has it my mom has it, that is 3 pps from 1 ip

How you please further explain? Will the vpn access my account with a fixed IP so that it doesn't change everytime I use it? I know that changing IP causing paypal to limit account.

Thanks

This is a small article on how vpn works.

Code:

has anyone used this method before? Or currently uses it? I'm interested in learning.

I use a VPN because my employees that need to access a paypal account from China run into issues by trying to connect from one region (especially from China) to a PayPal account that is associated with being U.S. based. PayPal never knows that my Chinese employees are involved, and only see my U.S. IP's.

The problem is, major VPN providers only rotate IPs, they don't buy new ones for you or something. So if you go through a major VPN provider, there is a good chance some hacker or paypal/ebay fraudster has already used that IP before which then links your accounts.

So how did you set yours up that paypal did not notice? I'm willing to learn. Plus I'm interested in VPN with finland IP...That'll be most convenient for me. I'll glad if this is possible without. Can you please recommend?

Read also about FLASH COOKIES this is the newest tecnology to track people having multiple accounts. I suggest you to use separate computers or separate accounts on same windows machine to avoid being tracked. Is not easy to have many PP accounts

I have used these guys for a long time, very good and cheap, they have UK and USA VPN's. they also offer a limited time free trial- 20 mins or so

They only offer us and uk. I need something c.h.e.a.p that'll access finland or simply european countries...

It'll be also good if I can access them on a mobile phone...opera mobile or opera mini.

Thanks

ok Don't use VPN to Login your account
PayPal Will detect it because Others will also Login there account from same VPN and you will get your account Limited

Use your real IP you will be Fine :)
