Keep an eye on the comments section. There are trolls who try to devalue your website (they make baseless comments like "your niche is saturated", "website is overvalued", "figures look fake" etc) and even attempt to convince buyers why they shouldn't buy your website.

Looks petty, I know. But when unmoderated , there tactics seem to work at times. IMO, you should promptly delete such comments.
