I have hits but can't make money!

Hi guys..
I have 2 forums running and both of them are vBulletin 3.x
One of them is about downloading mp3 and other one is downloading games..
First forum which is about downloading mp3 is getting 7k hits and all the hits are coming from Google, the other one is getting 2k hits. Both are new forums, I open them about a month ago...

I can't make any money from both website, i'm just using bc . vc link shortener to earn money but daily in total i get around 2-3 $ ..
I can't use content locker or smth like that because the users age is all small,I think of using Adsense but I will directly get banned because the content is illegal. I look for popup/splash ads but for 1k hits they pay around 1$ and they don't count most of the hits(They cheat alot) !
I'm really confused about what I should use, I mean what kind of advertisement I have to insert into website for making better money...

Give me advice guys, because everyday hits are increasing by 200to300 and I want to make money from that!

Premium subscription for access to "unique and custom" features of the forum. Moochi games for them to play with. Geo targeted url shortening for even more money. The twist would be placing games YOU made in there, freemium or whatever for them to play and download with cash shop features or something. If you can't get them to go mobile, then you can create a game that uses the url shortening and opens up that page directly for a "hit" every time they play. Place it on a torrent site and watch the money increase to $20 a day. Place a few fake youtube videos or some front page youtube videos about your "games" and watch some traffic come into your site.

Thank you for this suggestion. What about adding cpc ads into website ? Anyone know any good cpc ads network ?

Try using adf . ly , and the full page script. I think they will pay a bit higher
