I have got $13.65 in alertpay, how to convert it to paypal ?

I dont know if it is right section but I have checked all sections and this seems right...
Anyway, I have got this stupid low amount at alertpay, I dont even know where did I get it... Its from 2008 lol. I dont care what amount I will get, Im even ok with 1$ So, Where can I convert it to PayPal ?

Go to the Alterpay site and give the m a call. Their hours are 9 to 5 est.
Ask them how to get you money. It will take 7 to 10 day to get it.

as my account is lowest-something-personal
I dont really feel like calling them etc just for 10$ and waiting 10 days etc. since I dont really need 10$ in real life.

But it would be nice to see a place that people pay me any amount at paypal so I get rid of that 13,5$ or whatsoever. So I can buy a indie game from steam sales etc.

They wont come home and give it to you, you've gotto ask for it. Really it doesnt matter to them at all. so dont bother.
