Depends if you try to be them, in my opinion no, but you could always try to sell it to them!

Yeah the good old days are long gone, SEO is dead and these kind of tactics don't work anymore either.

It's likely that when they notice your site in Google SERPs, they'll email you to delete your site, or face the legal consequences
