I have Been SCAMMED on Facebook

Recently I have posted A JV Regarding a Facebook. what Happens is I Lost money with it and the man I have trusted Just Disappear after he took my money. this Guy [facebook(dot)com/stephanie(dot)martindale] his name & email

Offered me A 300K+ Likes with $300, I was so stupid to bite his offer.
after the payment He blocked me.

Please be ware of this Guy.

is he a bhw member or did you just find him? If hes on blackatworld move to this the shitlist, if not then im not sure where it goes but its good info regardless
 
1) Sorry that you lost money to a scammer, but This isn't the appropriate section to post this. Post This in The Shit List and surely a mod will help you out or ban the guy who scammed you (you'll need to provide proofs to mods)

2) To Recover the money - File a paypal dispute and say it was a payment for some goods that was not shipped.

If u file a dispute and tell paypal that it was a virtual service, u'll lose (unfortunately paypal wont support buyers in case of virtual goods)

sorry if i posted it in the wrong section. He message me on facebook offering his Fan Page.

Will i still get my money Back I have Paid him Via Paypal. I have open a dispute on the transaction but hes reversing the situation making me the scammer. he is really good on this stuff. and damn he is Good in Lying.

I Have trusted him so much. as they say Too much trust KILLS YOU..

Ohh Man I hope I will get my Money back. :(
 
If you contacted that guy through bhw jv section them may be you should post it in the shit list so that others can be aware of that guy and he could be banned from BHW.
 
I will not lose hope until the dispute has been closed. I will update the progress, I still need to wait untill the 12th of the month to escalate it to paypal claims.
 
Thing is with paypal, the seller usually wins since the item you're dealing with is a virtual one.

The only way to recover your money is to contact your CC company if you paid via CC.

If you have stated in dispute that you paid him for Page likes you have already lost the dispute (sorry to tell you that )
Try to use this dispute and take his Page that he is offering you and protect that page with hidden manager
 
If I was you, I would still try to file a dispute with Paypal, or at least report him to Paypal as someone selling fraudulent services.

I agree ,if you stated this as your reason you have a very rare chances to win the dispute.
Next time keep this is mind if someone is charging you way too cheap then in most of the cases either he/she is a scammer or there is something fishy.

Reversing the situation does not make you a scammer unless you received the service and are now backtracking on it. If you are in the right, do what it takes to get your hard earned cash back.

But learn from your mistakes.
 
Learned after scammed, so don't do it the next time. And if you know the BHW username post him to the shitlist.
 
Thanks beauxesprits I will definitely learned my Lesson. Now he escalate the dispute to paypal claims.

I gave admin right to the page AS PROMISED and fulfilled my end of the deal. I am now going without the money that is rightly mine and the buyer is fabricating screenshots to make me look bad.Please investigate this ASAP"

Damn Will I have the chance of winning he is really good in this kind of stuff!!!
 
Sorry u lost your money and Beaware of another guy on facebook with page name (The Best Of Youtube)
he daily update his status as page is for sale and ask 200-500 for 500k likes page so be careful

What is the point of this thread..Do you have any screenshots or something..How can we even know that youre the one being scammed...Sorry if you are indeed but this just doesnt look right to me..
