i have been scammed by scrapebox...

There's your problem dude. It's best to communicate with paypal first as your payment could have been reversed.

You have NO CHANCE of winning your dispute unless you funded it with a credit card and do a chargeback. You should read more posts about PayPal disputes and how they're handled on intangibles. You didn't do yourself any favors, that's for sure.

Reminds me of the jackwagon that placed a recent order for an oversized product on one of our websites. The checkout clearly says shipping is estimated and we'll contact you with a freight quote (had to ship truck) once we contact a carrier.

Anyhow, Mr. Jackwagon, says he's not paying extra for truck freight and to cancel order. No problem we told him refund will be issued to PayPal in 1-2 days. 15 mins later we get notice he filed a dispute on PayPal. I guess he couldn't wait 1-2 days and thought he'd rush the refund along. LMAO, we ignored his dispute, waited for him to escalate it about a week later and then PayPal gave us 2 more weeks to respond. So Mr. Know-it-all got to wait 3 weeks for his refund rather than 1-2 days.

Long story short, expect nothing positive to happen when you file a dispute. In the case with intangibles, the seller could tell you to pound sand, keep your money and now you have nothing.

Thats not entirely true. I've opened a dispute for intangibles when I was cheated out of some work that never got done and PayPal was very cooperative and I ended up winning the dispute. Its all about presenting the evidence to make a clear case to prove it. I was quickly refunded my money.
 
so what i can do at all? i want to release the dispute but scrapebox not answered me..
 
i have closed the dispute... hope to get my license back...

You were lucky my friend. For every case like yours there are hundreds if not thousands as I described that PayPal ignored all the evidence (I lost 3 this year with very clear evidence and spoke with them on the phone and they said, "We have no way to prove delivery wasn't made so we don't investigate disputes where intangibles are involved". I was scammed on a $100 pc of software that never worked a day and two different hosting services that were never delivered (nothing, not even an email from them). Lost all 3 and I have a 9 year old PP account with over 20,000 verified transactions. I argued with them on the phone and they basically said to use a credit card and file a chargeback with intangibles if things go wrong. They will not get involved in disputes with software or services. Those are the words from the PayPal Supervisor.

The only time I've seen a win on intangibles is when the seller fails to respond at all. If they respond saying the deliverables were sent and are software or service with no refund then you have a 99% chance you're losing the dispute.

You will hear back I'm sure. I've bought Scrapebox and so have a few of my friends. Nobody has had a problem from what I've heard. Good luck.

I agree, they've been great. Never seen any bad reviews. Might just be a miscommunication. Did this person give you his license or some ripped off crack license?
 
I can say with confidence that scrapebox has no reason to scam you. it was my first IM product that i bought and i never had any problems. your problem will be solved no worries
