Hello, about 20 days ago i have ordered a scrapebox license, by my PayPal account, before it, someone on this forum was added me to his skype, we were talking about his website, and seo i did for him onpage seo, and he told me when i finish he will give me license for scrapebox.. i said sure... after 1-2 days the license removed... so i just ordered a license from my own money, then after i paid the license was working for about a week and now its not working. so i just emailed to scrapebox support and they not answering to my question at all.. anyway i opened dispute on paypal, and i still can't understand what i did wrong? and why scrapebox do that? i hope to get answer

just wait their answer, allow them at least 24 hours to respond. They make a lot of money they have no reason to scam you

i have been waited about 5 days and no one answer to my questions.... i have sent them about 30 emails.

That's odd that scrapebox would scam you out of all companies...see if they have a live chat option

They also have BHW thread, try posting on their official BHW thread located in the BST section.

yes i contacted them by there... but no reply

They are usually pretty good at answering questions regarding scrape box by emails. Did you delete then reinstall your scrape box on your machine? If so that's most likely your problem. Normally , You only get to install scrape box on one machine a month.

I HIGHLY doubt Scrapebox scammed you. I'm sure it is just an error honestly. Sweetfunny, a user from BHW, owns Scrapebox and is very trustworthy. Give things time. Owning and moderating all of the problems that come through their email is probably time consuming.

i even don't have the link for the new version, im using an old version, i mean after i paid them i got the link for the newest version but i lose it, and i deleted the scrapebox anyone have the link ?

Scrapebox is one of the most trustworth companies.
Usually answer my tickets with 24 hours.
Give them some more time and I am sure you will solve your problem

5-6 days its alot of time. i even opened dispute but i want my license back, and i will remove this dispute...

Did you by any chance checked your SPAM folder?

Hello,
No, the dispute can stay open. There's currently credit card fraud investigations underway with these transactions, so contact PayPal about this from now on.

i got one email from them about 4 days ago they told me i paid with stolen card or something, i can take a picture of my credit card and show them im legit, also if its not legit card how that card linked to my paypal account? and how my account is fine, and how i paid with it? wtf...........

Download SB again , and enter all details and wait till you license get activated, i think that should fix the problem

Scrapebox is far away from SCAM , they are huge company

You opened a PP dispute for software (intangible?). You better hope SB has a sense of humor or they can just keep your money and not activate anything. You have NO CHANCE of winning your dispute unless you funded it with a credit card and do a chargeback. You should read more posts about PayPal disputes and how they're handled on intangibles. You didn't do yourself any favors, that's for sure.

Reminds me of the jackwagon that placed a recent order for an oversized product on one of our websites. The checkout clearly says shipping is estimated and we'll contact you with a freight quote (had to ship truck) once we contact a carrier.

Anyhow, Mr. Jackwagon, says he's not paying extra for truck freight and to cancel order. No problem we told him refund will be issued to PayPal in 1-2 days. 15 mins later we get notice he filed a dispute on PayPal. I guess he couldn't wait 1-2 days and thought he'd rush the refund along. LMAO, we ignored his dispute, waited for him to escalate it about a week later and then PayPal gave us 2 more weeks to respond. So Mr. Know-it-all got to wait 3 weeks for his refund rather than 1-2 days.

Long story short, expect nothing positive to happen when you file a dispute. In the case with intangibles, the seller could tell you to pound sand, keep your money and now you have nothing.
