I have an idea!

Ok guys this idea is literally crazy but I just wanted to know if its possible or not.

Everyday thousands and thousands of people log into black hat forum to actually get ideas on moneymaking, trying different methods and suggesting different techniques. Everyone somehow or the other have the same target--making money.

Now what i thought was everyone of us has a unique IP address.
If everyone gets a webpage with a popular static content and a CPM approval, all these IP addresses can rotate and surf each others pages automatically. The more the people the more the money. Eventually we can get good ad networks to actually pay high as everysite would have high unique pview.

I understand the idea can be developed and nurtured in many ways but what do you guys think?

You are starting from a false premise: that everyone has an unique IP.
Anyway, this is not a problem; the problem is that this idea is worst then the Adsense clicking rings because you would need thousands and thousands of "visitors" in order to make a few bucks.
I don't see this idea too applicable. Plus, this could create big security issues, because of the risk of rogue users using rogue sites to infect visitors with malware.

yes a huge exchange program. Money is the ultimate motivation. If we can build something like that and enlist people who are interested. More people will come to enlist if they are convinced it would be possible to make money.

Idea on its face value is cool sounding, but when put into application it requires more than what it sounds to require.

I just have one thing to say fb allowed people to stalk other people legally. Now if someone stalks me on fb I wouldnt mind. Its kinda same here. there are a lots of view exchange or traffic exchange program. But to make it reliable and branded is the main challenge.

If it was that great of an idea, why wouldn't the BHW owners just do it themselves without profit sharing to you?

Stick to whitehat man. Stuff like this gets you banned. Just be legit and you'll be making consistent income in no time
